Baby Pavillion is fantastic!! I had bought a pump 2 years ago and used it faithfully with that child. I recently had another baby and the pump worked at first then started having charging issues. I contacted baby Pavillion explained what happened and with my new prescription, they waived the costs of a new pump and sent the pump to me within 2 days.
