Struggling to receive the monthly shipment of bags. Supposedly there are reminder emails, I never get them. They told me check junk/spam, I did. Never saw them. I asked them to forward me the email and they couldn’t produce it. Twice now I’ve received breast milk storage bags way late and made my life much more difficult.
