This is my 4th pregnancy and my only regret was not using Baby Pavillion for my previous pump needs. I'm also not one to write raving reviews but Baby Pavillion deserves a shout out for their outstanding customer service. In literally one day, I had the prescription faxed and my Spectra gold pump ordered. The process was effortless and so easy. All the ladies who I've talked to were beyond happy and helpful. And if you are wanting Kiinde Twist pouches- this is the ONLY place out of dozens of pump companies that carries it. 100/100 recommend 👌
