The owner Randy called me directly and got me set up with a new Elvie portable pump. I originally ordered the pump from another site but they took awhile to fulfill the order and charged me more. That company also did not ship bags monthly. Randy with Baby Pavillion charged me less for my out of pocket portion (since I wanted a portable pump) and the rest was covered by tricare. 2 days after our initial call the pump came in the mail with storage bags. Happy I will get my monthly bags and additional pumping supplies through them as well. Very great customer service and very quick turn around.
