Very impressed with Baby Pavilion! Applying for the breast pump I initially chose the option for them to reach out to my doctor for my prescription, however, my doctor’s office was unfortunately not responding. When I had questions about my order status or if they were able to receive my prescription, I had such quick responses from Brendy, a customer service representative. She responded back to my emails quickly within the same day which is rare to get with any business nowadays! I ended up going to my OBGYN office to receive a paper of my prescription. From there I sent a photo of it to Brendy and within the same day my order shipped! Then just a few days later it arrived at my doorstep. Product came perfect. Super impressed with this process and their care for their customers. If I need them in the future I will definitely be coming back!
