They stopped sending me monthly reminders for storage bag reorders after 3 months. Once I figured this out I put a reminder on my calendar to reorder every 30 days. An email would arrive showing an order confirmation then nothing after. I'd call and would be berated for asking because "they don't work weekends" even though it had been well over a week without any shipment confirmation. Coincidentally, not long after the calls I'd receive an email confirmation for shipment and order details showing the order was placed that day even though that was not the case. Tricare covers 100 milk storage bags for three years after a birth, but due to Baby Pavilion's unreliable system my bags only come once every 6-8 weeks and that's despite my monthly reminders to order and only after I call and ask for updates. I'm glad others have had a positive experience with them, but I would never recommend this company over the many others who provide the same service but with actual good customer service.
