From initial contact, they made it easy to acquire my initial supplies and worked with my provider to get the pump set I was wanting. I loved the fact that they provided replacement parts, helped me with warranty claim when one side lost suction, and allow monthly resupply of milk bags for 1 year. Only down side is they don’t autoship the milk bags so you had to email request and they’d count from ship date and 30 days before you can order next.
