While I appreciate all the good service I have received, I’m bothered that two times in the notes section of the request I have mentioned that when I requested replacement bottles, the lots were not included. It’s frustrating because they are useless without the lids and nipples and I don’t know why they were sent that way. But also, for me to ask specifically two times for them and they not come shows me that the rational request or notes section or whatever it is is never read.
