I was excited to order a breast pump as one of my friends got hers off here and had a great experience. I had submitted an order for a breast pump and was wondering why I haven’t heard or seen anything. I called this morning to make sure my request was received and the lady who answered was so incredibly rude. She said she needed a prescription from my doctor and she was waiting on it. I asked what she meant by prescription (it’s my first pregnancy so I don’t really know a lot). I told her I’d just call my doctor about it and said thank you. I felt so bad, I kind of just want to purchase my breast pump on my own. The attitude ruined it for me.
