I ordered a spectra s1 pump through my insurance. The steps Baby Pavilion provided for ordering my pump were simple and easy to follow. What made me go with Baby Pavilion was that they are military friendly and have a partnership with the USO. I have yet to reach out to customer service for any issues, but I feel confident that they will be helpful.
