Update: I was promptly contacted by Baby Pavilion to address issues with my order. My orders errors were corrected and I received my correct pump parts.
First, I received the incorrect order (someone else's name and information on the packing slip, and mine in their package). When I was contacted to correct this, I was asked if baby pavilion could bill my insurance for the incorrect order, in addition to my proper order. I said no, as it was not the correct parts. I was told I would be sent my proper order, minus the overlap between what I received. I did not receive the quantity of flange sets that I ordered/were billed to my insurance.
