One of the reviews with 5 starts was me. I started ordering from Baby Pavilion in September 2019 and I loved them. All until now. I received an email stating that as Tricare is not paying shipping costs I am not able to receive anymore monthly supplies. Even though I receive emails from them every day almost saying it’s time to reorder. I understand it’s hurting your business but I am not in fault for that. I didn’t receive any warning so now on top all the mom worries and how breastfeeding and pumping is not easy I need to worry about this. Still trying to find a solution since no other company can supply me since I didn’t get a breastpump with them. Tried to asked for help from Baby Pavilion customer service and didn’t receive it. So, moms everywhere, be aware that you might need to worry about this during your breastfeeding journey.
