I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Baby Planet. I ordered a carrycot, and it arrived with a bent frame — clearly damaged in transit. I contacted their customer service team immediately, providing photos and explaining the situation, only to be told that the product wasn't faulty and that there was nothing wrong with it. Despite the obvious damage, they refused to offer a replacement or refund. To make matters worse, they insisted I cover the return shipping costs to send the item back. This is not only poor customer service, but a clear violation of consumer rights, as I should not be held responsible for returning a damaged item. Their refusal to take responsibility for a faulty product and their dismissive attitude towards my concerns left me feeling completely unheard and unimportant as a customer. I will never be shopping with Baby Planet again, and I strongly recommend others to stay away if you expect reliable service or products in good condition. If you value your time, money, and customer satisfaction, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I will be sharing my experience across various platforms to ensure other potential customers are fully aware of the appalling service this company provides. Rating: 1/5 – Absolutely Disappointing!
