I ordered a balance bike for daughter's 2nd birthday but it was never dispatched, even after waiting 2 weeks! Couldn't even get through to customer service after waiting for an hour on hold! Where is my money? I'd strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been atrocious. Will never use again.
