Back On Track now has a life long fan. I purchased a Trauma Void helmet but through confusion I never registered the purchase. When I took a bad fall I was unable to send in my replacement policy form. the customer service person was SO accommodating and fair and I was able to buy another helmet through BOT with a credit code. Thank You!!! You are all the BEST! And, the helmet saved my head and maybe my life!
