Stellar customer service. I ordered a helmet that did not fit correctly, and their return/refund policy was so awesome and easy to use. I ordered a new helmet and it fit perfectly, but there were a few small defects. They took it back and sent a replacement out immediately. My new helmet is perfect! Comfortable, stylish, and safe!!! Customer service is quick to respond, kind, and understanding. Thanks, Back on Track!
