this works and I refer your products. I also purchased the knee brace for my housekeeper who could not bend her knees without pain she has no pain in her knees and I gave her a shirt that she wears to do the commercial cleaning at night and she can clean without back and shoulder pain. I love the mini pad. It scrunches up nice to use anywhere. Try hugging it. Wonderful technology.
