I ordered and received 3 jackets. 2 of the 3 Jackets I received were perfect. The 3rd (the 1 with the hood) has a flaw. It was cut too small around the neck and rides up my neckline. Very irritating. I reached out to Back on Track and have not received a response. That is sad. I also purchased 2 sets of socks. My husband really likes them. Still hoping to resolve the issue with the jacket.
