I like Back On Track products and have purchased coats, beds and wraps for my dogs as well as products for myself.
I was very excited when the new cool coat became available and ordered one.
Unfortunately, it was too small and I asked for store credit to order a new one.
I was pleasantly surprised when they said I could keep the too-small coat and gift it to a friend. What a great, responsible company!
