Absolutely love this company! I have used their equine products for years , I noticed they sell dog blankets with the same technologies. I bought a blanket for my older dog that ended up being a little too big. When I contacted BOT to return / exchange the blanket for a smaller size I was pleasantly surprised when their response was a full refund for the blanket and a request to donate the blanket to a shelter or dog in need! Not a lot of companies are willing to do things like that .
