Well made. Does the job intended. Works. I volunteer at an equine therapy barn and we use senior horses. This treatment blanket works wonders. The service provided by this company is outstanding. I ordered the wrong blanket. An hour later, I tried canceling, but was unsuccessful. I ordered the right item and sent an email to customer service. They replied in less than 3 hours and did the cancellation and refund. Very satisfied.
