I used Back On Track for years for our horses and humans. Recently ordered knee braces for my husband and since it was imperative that he get the product quickly, I paid the price for expedited shipping which promised one business day turn-around. The order was placed on Friday, yet it was not shipped until Wednesday. Still love the products but was very unhappy about paying the extra $6 for shipping.
