I have the therapeutic neck cover and the small blanket, and I just ordered the women's shirt and base layer. I sleep in the neck cover every night and it has helped a lot. I placed the small blanket under my hips because I was having pain there. Then I went on a major trip with tons of walking and am now wearing the new base layer and shirt to sleep in to aide in my recovery from all the muscle soreness. I love all the products and ordered my boyfriend the neck cover also. I will probably order more products.
