I am amazed at the customer service responsiveness and going above and beyond to meet my needs. Prior to ordering a coat for my border collie, I waited less than a few hours to get feedback on the probable size and type of coat for my dog. And when I needed to return a coat due to sizing the responsiveness, courteous customer service and return process went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the coat and of the crate pad and durability are fabulous I have not had time to comment on the ability of the coat to maintain my dogs’, muscle warmth at agility trials, but from all the experience, my friends have had I am sure I will have similar great results
