I ordered knee brace for my dog & it was wrong size. I was able to order the right size without returning the original one. They told me to donate it & gave me a store credit for the new one. Their customer service was exceptional & fast. I needed the brace right away because my dog has a knee problem & they called me immediately & super nice on the phone. I appreciate everything & highly recommend Back On Track! Thank you very much!
