Is Back On Track USA reliable?

I have many back on track products. All of my family uses them as well as all our animals. My only complaint is I recently ordered brushing boots and some of the stitching had not caught the Velcro. I reached out to customer service. Could not physically talk to anyone. Emailed and sent pictures but nothing resolved. Finally had to pay to have someone repair. Frustrating
