Backcountry gets an F- for their flimsy packaging. I ordered two expensive wheels with DY Swiss rims. The rear rim arrived with a massive crack in the rim and the front rotor is bent so bad that I can’t use it. There were inadequate packaging protections that should have avoided these damages
They also get an F for follow up customer service in terms of responding to my emails about the damaged products they sold me.
Will not ever use them again
