I placed an order for a winter coat and received an email confirmation for the order immediately after. Within 24 hours, I received another email that the order was cancelled. When I spoke with customer service, they said my billing address was wrong. Needless to say, the address was correct and confirmed by the customer service agent. They said they would submit a new order. They did this to me three more times, but no one could advise how to resolve the issue despite the billing address being correct. I even let them try a different card, they said the order was good, but then cancelled it again. I have never had a more difficult time with an online purchase. It was worth spending $100 more on the same item at a well known retailer rather than dealing with a company that is not reputable.
