Ive purchased snowboard boots days ago with 2 days delivery. Ive got Fedex notification confirming delivery. Since there was no package I've contacted Backcountry and I was told to wait 24-48 hrs because of Fedex having a system problem. I've waited and still nothing. When I've called them again I was told that since I"ve purchased an insurance ( SEEL)I have to file a claim with them. Tried to file it but the insurance website wasn't recognizing this order. Ive end uo writing an email to SEEL customer service and after few days I was informed that this claim was filed outside of usual claims window but they willing to make an exception and ask me to file a claim. No success here, their website still doesn't recognizes my order. I believe I have every right to be frustrated at this point
