I ordered a phone from Back Market in good faith and it was never delivered. I was sent delivery confirmation from DHL showing a different location that it was delivered to accidentally. However Back market would still not refund it and are refusing to return my funds. I urge anyone considering buying a phone from Back Market to find a more reputable and trustworthy company
