Absolutely terrible service on the website it clearly states 10% cash back on your tour, upon booking a tour at over $3000 dollars we where then informed it was a 10% off voucher and then when trying to use this voucher we where then informed that you had to spend over $500 to redeem this voucher! Telephone staff very rude and not helpful even agreed with the wording the website use is miss leading! Would not use this company at all go elsewhere!!
