“The sailing adventure on the Avatar was fantastic. From snorkelling in the Mackerel bay to exploring the Whitsunday Sunday island was all well guided and meticulously organized. The food was brilliant and were considerate of our dietary requirements too. We spotted a few whales along the way and slept under a zillion stars of the Milky Way. Very satisfied overall. Special shout out to Captain Zack.”

“Booking was easy; I think a few questions about what is important to users about their trip would have been better as we ended with a van which was not suitable for our needs.
This is a third party to a much larger business (thl) who handle the vans.
Our van was poorly maintained. We had a bolt missing on foldout bed, sliding door would shut, but had continuous beeping telling us it was open and toilet was not properly maintained and smelled throughout our trip.”

When the tour operator cancels due to weather, it does take a long time to get refunds/voucher codes sorted with customer support as you can’t do it through chat. It’s making me reconsider booking expensive tours through travello/BD unfortunately. But overall would recommend (and have in the past already)”
