Booking was easy; I think a few questions about what is important to users about their trip would have been better as we ended with a van which was not suitable for our needs.
This is a third party to a much larger business (thl) who handle the vans.
Our van was poorly maintained. We had a bolt missing on foldout bed, sliding door would shut, but had continuous beeping telling us it was open and toilet was not properly maintained and smelled throughout our trip.
