Overall not very pleased! Was in contact with staff to help me out. They weren‘t able to make easy changes! Which I found out later, weren‘t a problem at all! They could not be bothered with making a small effort!

This was not worth the money. To be taken to a public carpark to watch the sunset which we could have driven to ourselves was not a unique experience. Being provided a glass of wine and some warm cheese and crackers does not add up to $ 100 per person. The host ( Hayley ) was lovely but if we had known we were going to the public carpark we would not have booked this trip.

I was a little disappointed with the service. The bus did not have a socket to charge the cell phone, being a tourist bus should expect people to need to charge their phones. For example, I travelled by bus from Sydney to Canberra with conventional companies and even the bus replacing the train (which was having a problem at the time) had a way to charge my cell phone. I believe the service was expensive for not having all the necessary facilities.

The tour itself was nice and the staff on the Camira were all friendly but I don't like the sneakiness of this tour. The main attraction is the Hill Inlet lookout and the day before the tour they wrote that due to the tide, we wouldn't be able to visit this. I didn't even notice this writing and my boyfriend had to point it out. By the time we noticed the tour company was closed. We called at night and they said due to the tide this boat wouldn't be able to visit all week but they had another tour available that could go the following day. We said we needed some time to figure it out as we only had one day available to do this tour. When we got to our accommodation they informed us all other boats could get to this location and when we went to call back to cancel they were already closed. We tried calling again in the morning and the very rude staff told us we had no alternatives and that we needed 48 hours to cancel. What made me upset is the tide schedule is known well before and they only informed us we couldn't go to the main site the day before in the nonrefundable zone. When we joined the tour the crew didn't even mention this site and that we wouldn't be able to visit. When we talked to other people they had no idea and thought the lookout on Whitehaven Beach was the Hill Inlet and said they were thinking it looked different but didn't question it. I would suggest doing a different tour where you are guaranteed to visit the main site.
