I was a little disappointed with the service. The bus did not have a socket to charge the cell phone, being a tourist bus should expect people to need to charge their phones. For example, I travelled by bus from Sydney to Canberra with conventional companies and even the bus replacing the train (which was having a problem at the time) had a way to charge my cell phone.
I believe the service was expensive for not having all the necessary facilities.
