Overall very happy booking tours through travello 👌 I’ve done heaps on my travels now and they have all been amazing.
When the tour operator cancels due to weather, it does take a long time to get refunds/voucher codes sorted with customer support as you can’t do it through chat. It’s making me reconsider booking expensive tours through travello/BD unfortunately. But overall would recommend (and have in the past already)
