Not only was the equipment first rate, but the email support by Rob Mortimore was exceptional. I am new to zip lining and had many, many questions. Every time I emailed them, Rob responded quickly, courteously, and accurately to my inquires. When Rob went out on vacation, Joy took over corresponding and was equally great. As a result, I have a fully functioning, safe 250 foot line, and am putting up a second 75 footer. This company gets my highest recommendations.
