I received 2 boxes via Fed X on a Friday afternoon. I left a voicemail that night. Early Monday morning, I received a call giving me the internet link to the installations instructions as well being told a hard copy was being sent via mail. Everybody makes mistakes, it's how you take care of them that makes the difference. Sidro
