I made an order. No confirmation e mail/reciept. No tracking info.
Checked credit card today and yes $1,000 taken. Tried to check my order on web site and it said there was no order for my e mail address. Only proof I had was (luckily) I tooma screen shot of my order.
Then today (7 days later) my order arrives?!
I did get an e mail howere asking me to rate the company. So I obviously entered my e mail address correctly.
