Cheap thin material showed wear in mere months. Only a few years of light use in the room. No kids, no pets, only random and occasional company. The synthetic leather is cracking in approximately 30 to 40% of total area, and peeling off down to the white base layer on some edges. It wasn't the most expensive furniture to be found, but given light use and good care as recommended by the store, it cost too much to need replacement in four years.
