I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with this platform in order to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. Their security measures are severely lacking and I speak from personal experience. I trusted them with my money, only to have it stolen by them. The sheer incompetence and negligence of this company in safeguarding their clients' funds is outrageous. The customer support is practically non-existent as my attempts to reach out for assistance are met with long wait times, unhelpful responses, or no response at all. They supposed to deliver my washing machine but they told me they were going to deliver it last Saturday then I went in the store today and they said it was going to deliver today as of today no one come to my house yet and I went up to the store and that just bad customer service.they keep promising me the going to delivery haven't yet.as of /9/142/4 it is 6:15 pm now not a word.

I placed an order online, was emailed and texted about my delivery schedule. Delivery never came. When I called the number to see if delivery was late, I was told they didn't have the furniture item and I would not be receiving the item. This was delivery date of August 24, 2024. They charged my credit card and took my money August 5, 2024. Now I have to dispute my credit card for a refund. What a scam!

We bought a furniture set for our living room. It is sinking broken mechanism, cushions are ripping. Call the store no one answers call corporate on hold for hours no one calls back this has been going on for 3 weeks now. I got fed up went to the store they handed me a warranty paper and said can't help you. It is less then a year old it is under the manufacturer warranty still not even my extended warranty. Sad we have dealt with this business since we got down to Georgi in 2007. It is crazy how they push you aside even when no customers are in the store.

We love our sofa but too bad they used Conns to deliver. Some damage to the bottom of sofa during delivery & after repeated attempts to rectify the promised discount it was never resolved. Will never go back to Badcock or Conns!

Bought living room sofas in March 2023 and by May of 2023 the first Technician came out to see why the sofa is slouched wherever you sit in it. Nothing came out of that visit then I had a 2nd visit in August same year same result nothing came out of that visit. Then comes the last tech June 2024 who agreed with me that the sofa is slouched when he himself sat in it. I waited for the follow up call but never received one. I called to do a follow up call only to hear from them that due to wear and tear there’s nothing to be done about it. The love seat that was bought at the same time and used in the same manner doesn’t have this issue. Obviously there is a problem with the sofa. I’m here to say PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOU HARD EARN MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE go shop elsewhere spend a few bucks more but get your money’s worth. If it was possible I would give a zero star rating but that’s not available.

I have paid my bill on time sence I been with you all june18 2024 I didn't no yall didn't do credit card payments so I call and talk to someone and told them I will be late on June and I will pay it in July payment she said ok' July 2nd came I paid the late fee for June and I paid July bill mind you for the 2 years I been paying I never miss a bill 'here it come July 9th I get a nasty ass letter in the mail talking about turning it over the collection group the payment was made on July 2nd and they send out nasty letter like you are 3 to 5 months behind ' give it some time before you send out these nasty ass letters ' look at my history before you send these letter out and see did you have a reason to send out these nasty letters' I pay my bill in 2 years of paying straight payments I got behind 2 weeks and caught it up the next month on the 2nd' when I pay for this what I got I will never get anything else from you all this is the badcock !! I yall are under this new name Fortiva things have really change this is not badcock' I been paying on a $500 dollor bed that cost way over what it is worth

Upon delivery of a house full of new furniture, the delivery person presented us with an itemized list of what was supposed to be delivered after every item was brought into the home off the truck and we were asked to check that each piece was RECEIVED. We said yes, and signed off on the paper. While the furniture was being set up, we noticed several issues, holes, cracks, missing paint, misaligned doors, etc., and mentioned it to the delivery men who assured me that all I needed to do was call Badcock and they would make sure everything is made right. So we called them. We were told that because we put a signature on the itemized list, that it means that we accepted the order as is. But that's a lie, because that's not what were told. We have a charging station on a console that charges nothing. My brand new dining table has a huge nick in it. The doors on the entertainment center do not align when closed, and one side leaves a large gap on top. A shelf on the entertainment center has a large nail hole right on the front of the unit, and there's paint missing on some of the parts of the entertainment center which look mismatched. They asked for photos and we sent them, but the company has not responded to these problems.

We have purchased now 3 different sofas and love couches from them. All junk, they did not hold up. Will never buy there again. Sofa is Sinking in, stitching coming out, material in areas very rough, metal parts peeling within a month. Have to call 10 plus time to get help, then told we are out of warranty to get anything fixed. Have only had the sofa a year and complained so many times. Our last couch lasted over ten years, this thing was born out in a year. Can feel the wood you're sitting on and the wood is creaking. Paid over 3k and it's junk.

I loved my Badcock account for many years. Payments were reasonable and interest was not high.And paying all my payments on time helped my credit alot.Well a new finance company bought them out so when I tried to buy a window unit AC I was told the old accounts are closed once paid off and had tonstart a new account. Well now it's not a Badcock account they called it a lian.Its worse than a car title loan !!! Interest is 35% but they add the interest immediately and they wanted to pay 15 bucks a month for 3 years for a $327 total with interest ot would come to 558..So I asked I'd I pay it off in 5 or 6 months like I thought I could i was told I still pay the interest. And that was after talking to 3 in store employees and 10 pr more on customer service in the phone amd none of them could explain it oflr answer my questions . It's gone from being a great place and my favorite to one of the worst rip offs around. Whatever u spend u will end up paying double no matter how fast u pat it off because all of the interest is added at the beginning!! I'm so disappointed!!

I bought a recliner living room couch and love seat before 3 months old the arm on the couch was tearing off from the couch I called the store said they would send some one out I figured it’s brand new they will replace it but no they said they had to try and fix it first so he sewed it back using what looks like fishing line I knew it would not last I was right a few months and it’s way worse every hole he made is now tearing apart so I called the store. So they just sent the gentleman out again he wanted to fix it again but now the footrest broke also I told it was no need to fix it again because it would even rip even worse you not gonna be able to sell it it’s just gonna keep getting worse and worse until time. Too much time goes by and you do nothing so he said he took pictures and he would file report and he would stand behind me. Never heard anything so called the store The lady I got hold of told me that she just had a problem just like mine with another customer and the company wouldn’t do anything and she really had to go to back for the customer which tells me they’re having problems with their furniture line and company does not care about customers so she told me she’d get back with me in a couple hours and never heard anything called. The next day was told to call back again called the third day was told I had talk to a manager did I get a hold of the manager? They said the manager called me, but I received no calls from anybody. I’m home all the time with my service animal, so I filed business complaint I have been writing on their webpages. When I talk to their service people, they told me since I didn’t have them fix it or allow them to fix it the second time that they probably wouldn’t do anything but he would pass it on so now I have no trust whatsoever in the company or its product I’m asking for a refund and then come get their junk. Like I said I’m disabled have been for 11 years. I get relief from sitting in a recliner that is broken now I guess they want me to roll up in court with my Rollator my service, dog and the phone call report from where I talk to the lady at the store and Sue Doesn’t make any sense it’ll be cheaper on the company just to settle me a check and pick up the furniture or they can pay the legal fees for my lawyer too everybody to stay away from Babcock furniture they’re a very bad company and their company also

The furniture wasn’t bad. Has lasted three years now. Was told if I didn’t use the insurance service for problems I would get my $200+ back with a check. I asked what I had to do to get the money back if I didn’t use it. They said that I had to do nothing. They would send a check. Instead of that they sent me a card that said I had this money as a credit for more furniture from Badcock. I thought that wasn’t right but hey if there is something on sale I could get this additional off. Nope, it was only on items without discounts which is quite useless. Made a call to customer service and they said they would have it put in their training program and they were really sorry. Wow. Lied to but they are sorry.

Get a lether couch, they recument insurance . Few months later piece of leather come off, Badcock gave me the insurance number information for nothing, they are not cover that, I call b Badcock Furniture Corporate and after investigation offer me a $50. gift card from the store. I ask what i can get with that, was not an answer. Resumen, this happened more than one with Badcock Furniture, I do not recomended, not good furniture and the information about insurance is not true and delivery too expensive,in North Ft Myers, Florida

As usual, I ask for MS. GLORIA. I've used her store for the past 6 years. Shes patient and quite knowledgable. She's your store mom. Lol. Just put purhased my 1st bdrm ensemble cant wait... this time Ivan also assisted BIG TIME... THANKS #❤BROWARDBLVDSTORE #MSGLORIA

Not good at all very bad furniture does not hold up stating after attending to repair furniture said I missed used furniture which I did not
