“Cheap thin material showed wear in mere months. Only a few years of light use in the room. No kids, no pets, only random and occasional company. The synthetic leather is cracking in approximately 30 to 40% of total area, and peeling off down to the white base layer on some edges. It wasn't the most expensive furniture to be found, but given light use and good care as recommended by the store, it cost too much to need replacement in four years.”
“They supposed to deliver my washing machine but they told me they were going to deliver it last Saturday then I went in the store today and they said it was going to deliver today as of today no one come to my house yet and I went up to the store and that just bad customer service.they keep promising me the going to delivery haven't yet.as of /9/142/4 it is 6:15 pm now not a word.”
“We love our sofa but too bad they used Conns to deliver. Some damage to the bottom of sofa during delivery & after repeated attempts to rectify the promised discount it was never resolved. Will never go back to Badcock or Conns!”
“Get a lether couch, they recument insurance . Few months later piece of leather come off, Badcock gave me the insurance number information for nothing, they are not cover that, I call b Badcock Furniture Corporate and after investigation offer me a $50. gift card from the store. I ask what i can get with that, was not an answer. Resumen, this happened more than one with Badcock Furniture, I do not recomended, not good furniture and the information about insurance is not true and delivery too expensive,in North Ft Myers, Florida”
