My fiancé purchased me a necklace for Valentine’s Day. It happened to be the wrong necklace so we tried to exchange. For WEEKS we received zero feedback or email regarding an address to return the item to. On the website Bagatiba said they will only issue store credit if the item is received back within 7 days. There was no way to send back the product when we were not getting any emails back from the company!!!! The communication with this brand is absolutely awful. Do not recommend buying from this company.
