This is the second time Bakerday’s have let me down. On the first occasion the cake arrived a day late and the order had been charged twice to my credit card but was promptly corrected . On the latest occasion
I was charged 4 times for the same order. When I spoke to customer services, the guy blamed me for ‘refreshing the page’ during the transaction, which I didn’t, he was not at all apologetic and it took several days for it to be refunded. He reordered the cake over the phone but in order to correct the online order he asked me for my password??Not how I expected it to be resolved. The cake arrived on time, this time and was lovely as they always are but ordering via the web site needs to be revised as it is bordering on fraudulent.
