But my Grandaughter who lives in Felixstowe was meant to be delivered in August 2025 there was some issue over delivery. I asked for it to be delivered nearer the 20th August but the delivery was sent out on the 14th.it must have been returned to you. “I ordered a PJ mask cake with cake toppers and PJ mask candle. Cannot fault the prompt delivery of the cake, which came on the date selected. As the cake toppers and candle was not with the cake I contacted customer support by phone who informed me that these will be delivered separately by Amazon that day. Indeed I did receive a package from Amazon but there was no PJ mask cake toppers nor PJ mask candle instead a set of pj mask toys. I again contacted customer support by email, this time I was informed they have ran out of cake toppers and candle. At this point it left me no time to get any pj mask cake toppers and pj mask candle, so I was left with a cake that did not resemble the cake I ordered and paid for. Itβs just a shame when I initially contacted customer support she did not tell me there was a problem with my order as I could have tried to rectify this myself. 4 year old twin boys were left disappointed on their birthday. Although Customer support offered me 50% refund which I might add still waiting for! This is not the point and would of preferred to of got what I actually ordered and paid for. Will not be ordering from them in future. Communication needs to improve by them and tell customers there is an issue with any of the products.”
