“I ordered a 1st Birthday cake for my Grandson, I ordered it to be delivered on the 6th October for his Birthday on the 7th, I was not happy when it was delivered on the 4th or that the delivery driver tipped the box on one arm, his excuse after I told him it contained a cake was that he did not usually do the run he was doing. On opening the cake on the 7th October the cake had slipped of the cake board, luckily I managed to push it back on without damaging it, after all that the cake was perfectly decorated, tasted wonderful and everyone oved it, the cuddly toy was given a lot of cuddles by the Birthday baby boy.”

“Was easy to order and received confirmation the cake would arrive on 18th October between 11.15 & 1.15. It arrived at around 5.40pm & my husband saw the courier flipping the box like a football as he walked down the drive! However, it was so well packaged within its box and again within another box that it was totally undamaged. It was well received the next day for my sister’s birthday. Having read other reviews on here now, I feel we were very lucky that our experience was good. It looked lovely and tasted very nice too. Would order again but now feel unsure due to having read other reviews.”
