"I ordered a cake 3 weeks before my husband\u2019s birthday!\r\nAll I received the evening before his 75 birthday was the packaging.. no cake . We were having a zoom party and by the time Bakerdays were open they offered me a cake a day later or my money back ..I suggested that as they had messed up I deserved both .. they didn\u2019t agree so we never received the cake.. I don\u2019t rate a company on their mistakes but on how they fix them.. \r\nBakerdays ruined my husband\u2019s birthday and didn\u2019t have the customer relations to fix it and get themselves out of trouble ..\r\nWill never use them again !"
