One small thing (which is nothing to do with Bakerdays) the courier that delivered was carrying the box sideways even though it indicated upright. My husband saw him & had a bit of a rant, but the delivery person wasn't very bothered. Fortunately, as the cake was well packed, it was undamaged, but had just slipped a little on the base. I would definitely use them again as the cake was perfect for the occasion”

“Awful service lied to me that cake was with courier phoned courier next day & tkt had not been raised. Had to go collect it myself. Postcode given took me to a dead end. Had to drive around to try and find premises that had no sign on. See pic and the Cake description was misleading half and half usually means half chocolate half jam and cream but was all chocolate £50 plus for a small cake with failed delivery date and lies and was misleading will never use again”
“I don’t know about the product quality because this is my first order with them.
But the horrible thing is that I ordered a cake and some other birthday items on Friday (19/09/2025). In addition, I paid an extra €12 for the earliest delivery on Saturday (20/09/2025). The special day was my youngest brother’s very first birthday, and I was expecting to celebrate it with memorable moments.
It’s already over, and I still haven’t received the order. A few hours ago, they emailed me and gave me a new delivery date with several options to choose from.
What should I do with the cake and other items now? Because of their irresponsibility, I was unable to make his day special.
They may apologize for that, but in the end, the moments I lost will never come back.
I attached the order details as an evidence.”

“Making the order was simple, order was delivered on chosen date, however the actual cake was not a good standard at all for the price paid, the cake was lumpy and not a circle, see photo for more details.”
