“Making the order was simple, order was delivered on chosen date, however the actual cake was not a good standard at all for the price paid, the cake was lumpy and not a circle, see photo for more details.”

“No confirmation email to say order received, kept our fingers crossed they would arrive. Arrived a day earlier than we specified so were not fresh when we are them. Quite dry. Images in icing were blurry. Disappointing.

“Honestly, I am quite dissapointed. The cake was tiny, the frosting was really sweet and the cake dry. I can't believe I paid so much for this. Also, I didn't receive any confirmation after the purcharse and had to chase ++ to receive an answer that my cake would be delivered. Really dissapointed.”

Very good cake . I always order wigh a personalised picture on the cake. Good quality photo. Of course the iceing is nit the best but I prefer the photo to be great quality and so the iceing has to be a nit harder.

“I wanted to share my experience as a designer working with bakerdays. Unfortunately, it was not positive.
I was hired to produce digital marketing and design work for them, and while my initial drafts weren’t perfect, I was actively working on revisions and improvements as requested. However, before I could submit the revised designs, I suddenly received an email saying my contract was terminated.
It felt very abrupt and unfair, as I wasn’t given a chance to complete the revisions or prove that I could meet their expectations.
I understand businesses want high standards, but I wish there had been better communication and more willingness to collaborate rather than ending the contract so quickly.
This experience has left me quite disappointed, and I’d advise other creatives to clarify expectations in detail before engaging with bakerdays.
PS: I've just read some reviews here on Trust Pilot and most of them are negative. I guess it says a lot about this brand.”
