“The cake was beautiful on the outside living up to expectations. But the cake itself was pretty solid for a sponge cake and although quite lemony, it wasn't very palatable. Three quarters of it are now sitting waiting to be eaten but no-one is coming back for seconds!”

“I was let down badly at 2 days notice by a local cake baker. Scouted the internet and came across Bakerdays. At this stage I had nothing to lose so placed the order for a personalised cake. Delivery was within 24 hours and the cake was brilliantly decorated - exactly as I ordered. The cake itself was delicious and we received lots of compliments. In future I would skip the local exepensive cake maker and take this much cheaper but equally as good option! Saved myself £100 for a cake that was very similar to original order!”

“I was usually positively surprised by Bakerdays. Unfortunately not this time and I won’t be using you anymore. The bottom cake wasn’t round but “budged” despite excellent packaging. The cakes looked cheap and definitely not what I paid for. The balloon decorations didn’t work and therefore went straight into the bin. Sad, but will be using local companies in the future.”

“I was very disappointed with the cake to be honest . It was my nieces birthday and it was her 40th . The cake icing was exactly as we ordered that was ok. However the sponge was descrbed as half choclate and hald sponge and we expected half the cake to be chocolate and half sponge when in fact it was alternating layers. The sponge was dry and not very deep and would not have served 18 -30 people so really disppointed”

“I ordered this cake for someone else so didn't try it myself but have been told it was very nice. The photo icing was very well produced and attached to the cake with no stretching and looked lovely. The delivery was very fast and it came in a presentation box which held the cake securely which was just as well because the delivery driver ran to my door with the box hels at an angle and it wasn't damaged at all.”

“Cake looked nice and tasted fine, but it was delivered on the 13th of December instead of the 15th, which was the date that I had requested during the order process. (Required it for a birthday on 16th December)
